Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, pastries, and confections with precision and flair, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance.
• Decorate cakes and desserts using advanced cake decorating techniques to create visually stunning products.
• Handle food production tasks including mixing, baking, portioning, and packaging to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
• Assist in food preparation for catering events or restaurant service, adhering to recipes and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices.
• Support the team with knife skills, pastry assembly, and other culinary tasks to meet daily production goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by offering product knowledge and assisting with special orders or custom requests.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cake decorating, baking, or pastry arts within a food industry setting.
• Strong skills in food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen operations.
• Experience with food packaging, presentation, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques including cooking, food preparation, and knife skills.
• Previous experience in catering or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
