Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to all guests
- Guide guests through the food and beverage menus and make suggestions
- Work positively and effectively alongside both front and back of house teams
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Be able to stand, walk, and carry food for long periods of time
- English reading and communications skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify and prioritize tasks to maintain high-quality guest service
- Ability to effectively implement the three C's: coordination, Consolidation, and communication
- Ability to obtain necessary food and liquor permits
- Prior restaurant or retail experience
- Prior experience using Aloha POS systems
- Previous experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment
