Responsibilities
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, to send through dish machine
- Sort and stack clean dishes
- Remove trash and garbage to the dumpster
- Set up/break down dishwashing area
- Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions
- Sweep/mop floors
- Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed
- Clean restaurant equipment
- Implement storage and rotation of food and supplies
- Cross-training opportunities available
- Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
- Ability to properly lift 25-50 lbs
- Knowledge of proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Can obtain any necessary food handling permits or licenses
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision making skills
