This is a full-time, on-site role in Omaha, NE, for a Patient Access Representative. The Patient Access Representative will manage daily front desk responsibilities, including patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, and addressing patient inquiries. The role also involves verifying patient information, managing billing processes, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience. The candidate will represent the front lines of patient interaction and assist in maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
