- Maintain rigorous adherence to SOX compliance mandates across all supported applications.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence through the creation and modification of SSRS and Crystal Reports, along with SQL procedures.
- Provide comprehensive software support for a range of vital systems, including ERP, Document Management Systems, EDI, and quality and engineering platforms, ensuring operational continuity.
- Lead the management and execution of disaster recovery protocols for mission-critical systems such as ERP and Document Management, safeguarding business continuity.
- Actively participate in the lifecycle of new software implementations, including eCommerce SAP, QT9 (QMS system), and SAP S4 HANA, contributing to successful deployments.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to optimize system performance and efficiency.
- Maintain an expert-level understanding of underlying hardware, network infrastructure, and software architectures to provide effective support and solutions.
- Serve as a critical backup resource for the Help Desk, addressing hardware and software inquiries to ensure comprehensive IT support.
- Contribute to the company's digital transformation efforts by assisting in automation initiatives utilizing approved corporate tools.
- Champion compliance through the execution of annual IT policy and procedure attestations, specifically focusing on SOX requirements.
- Ensure the integrity of system changes by managing and submitting quarterly IT-CMS attestations for reporting objects and system updates.
- Uphold stringent systems quality compliance standards across all supported applications.
