Maintain rigorous adherence to SOX compliance mandates across all supported applications.
Develop and maintain business intelligence through the creation and modification of SSRS and Crystal Reports, along with SQL procedures.
Provide comprehensive software support for a range of vital systems, including ERP, Document Management Systems, EDI, and quality and engineering platforms, ensuring operational continuity.
Lead the management and execution of disaster recovery protocols for mission-critical systems such as ERP and Document Management, safeguarding business continuity.
Actively participate in the lifecycle of new software implementations, including eCommerce SAP, QT9 (QMS system), and SAP S4 HANA, contributing to successful deployments.
Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Maintain an expert-level understanding of underlying hardware, network infrastructure, and software architectures to provide effective support and solutions.
Serve as a critical backup resource for the Help Desk, addressing hardware and software inquiries to ensure comprehensive IT support.
Contribute to the company's digital transformation efforts by assisting in automation initiatives utilizing approved corporate tools.
Champion compliance through the execution of annual IT policy and procedure attestations, specifically focusing on SOX requirements.
Ensure the integrity of system changes by managing and submitting quarterly IT-CMS attestations for reporting objects and system updates.
Uphold stringent systems quality compliance standards across all supported applications.
