Responsibilities:

• Patient Engagement: Assist with patient intake with a smile and ensure all vital signs and medical histories are documented accurately.
• Hands-On Care: Provide direct patient support including prepping for examinations. You'll be the friendly face that patients rely on
• Tech-Savvy Organization: Maintain our electronic health record systems, ensuring everything is up-to-date and organized.
• Flow Master: Keep the clinic operations smooth by managing appointments and coordinating patient flow. Make scheduling fun and flexible
• Educator Extraordinaire: Help patients understand their treatment plans and guide them on their journey.
• Code Wizard: Get acquainted with ICD coding for billing processes, ensuring every detail is perfect while keeping the atmosphere light and jovial.
• Sparkling Clinic: Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment that radiates positivity and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a clinical setting (outpatient or inpatient) is preferred but not required—bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is great, along with a knack for HR systems and basic coding practices.
• Skills in performing vital signs assessments, EKG readings, and blood draws will make you a superstar in our clinic
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on patient service—make every patient feel like family.
• A proactive problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with a passionate healthcare team.
