Job Description
The Business Analyst role will focus on defining/refining business requirements for a project. The role requires to meet with business and technology teams and acts as a bridge between them to assimilate and dispense information in easily understood terms
Responsibilities:
- Help communicate initiatives and priorities to field facing support staff via email and phone conversations
- Review and escalate Advisory account breaches and variances
- Maintain reporting around current daily tasks and initiatives
- Analyze large sets of data and report findings to the team
- Review, update, and maintain policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters Degree
- Excellent written and Oral communication skills
- Detail Oriented and Organized
