Role Description
The Sales Supervisor is a full-time on-site role based in Greenwich, CT. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, leading and supporting the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include mentoring staff through effective training, maintaining store standards, analyzing team performance, and delivering strategies to enhance sales and team productivity.
Qualifications
- Strong Team Management and Training skills to motivate and guide store staff effectively.
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
- Effective Analytical Skills for evaluating sales performance and operational strategies.
- Retail or supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
