ba&sh America Corp. drives the North American expansion of the iconic Parisian brand, operating over 30 retail points in the U.S. We are seeking a motivated Junior Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our NYC Finance team for an immediate start.
Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will manage the end-to-end invoice process—from validation to system entry—ensuring accuracy and compliance. Acting as a key business partner to Retail Operations, you will facilitate approvals, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end closing and process improvements.
Your main responsibilities include :
- Receive, review, and register supplier invoices in the accounting system
- Verify invoice accuracy (amounts, purchase orders, supplier details, compliance, etc.)
- Ensure correct coding and allocation to appropriate cost centers or accounts
- Track and manage invoices through the internal approval workflow
- Follow up with Retail Operations teams to ensure timely approvals
- Communicate with suppliers regarding invoice status and resolve discrepancies when needed
- Maintain accurate and organized invoice records and supporting documentation
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Contribute to the improvement and documentation of AP processes and controls
You will also be responsible for ensuring that ba&sh CSR policy is adhered to and will act as its ambassador on a daily basis.

- Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles (internships included)
- Basic understanding of accounts payable processes
- Immediate availability

- Microsoft Excel
