Full-Time or Part-Time | Field & Event Marketing
We are seeking a professional and engaged Brand Ambassador to support our marketing team and represent our brand throughout the Dallas area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, delivering clear product information, and supporting brand awareness across events, retail environments, and community activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand at scheduled events, retail demonstrations, community activities, and promotional programs
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide accurate information about products and services
- Support event setup, customer engagement, and post-event reporting
- Demonstrate products (when applicable) in a professional and compliant manner
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team
- Maintain brand standards, professionalism, and positive interactions
- Work collaboratively with team members and event coordinators
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and representing a brand in public settings
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and follow event guidelines
- Flexible availability, including some weekends depending on event schedules
- Prior experience in brand ambassador, event marketing, field marketing, or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required
- Reliable transportation within the Dallas area
