Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager to support and grow our existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the events/experiential space, and knows how to balance operations with sales.
Roles/Responsibilities:
Client Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Manage day-to-day communication, staffing needs, and execution
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention
Event Staffing & Operations
- Oversee staffing plans for events nationwide
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Problem-solve in real-time and manage last-minute changes
Sales & Growth
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts
- Support new business outreach and relationship building
- Contribute to proposals, pricing, and client presentations
What we are looking for
- 3–6 years experience in account management, events, staffing, or experiential marketing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- A solutions-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Experience working with brands, agencies, or live events is a big plus
- Bonus: Existing industry relationships and ability to bring in new business
