Grounds Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities include:
Maintaining outstanding curb appeal throughout the property
Keeping parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and lawn areas free of litter and obstructions
Assisting with snow removal as needed
Performing seasonal tasks such as fall cleanup, leaf removal, and plant protection
Supporting teamwork across the property and company to ensure overall success
Cleaning turnover homes and apartments
Assisting Maintenance Technicians when required
Reporting issues needing additional attention to the Property Manager or Service Manager
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
