Bartender/Server-part time evenings

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

This is a part time position, 2-3 evenings/week and Saturdays. No Sundays, no late nights.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks & meals efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar service area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks during peak hours.
• Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Assist in catering events as needed.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately.
• Familiarity with cash registers and Skytab point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• A background in the food industry will be beneficial in understanding the dynamics of restaurant operations.

Pay: $22.35 - $30.00 per hour
