- Experience with teleconferencing codecs (Polycom, Cisco).
- Proficiency in testing and evaluating A/V equipment (microphones, cameras, displays).
- Experience designing A/V solutions for video conferencing and streaming.
- Familiarity with Visio for network diagrams and technical documentation.
- Experience with Polycom and Cisco VTC systems (configuration and troubleshooting).
- Skills in designing and maintaining testing documentation (test plans, cases, reports).
- Experience with Trident V2CDS, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and firewall troubleshooting (SIP, H.323).
- Familiarity with other UC systems (Avaya, Microsoft, Oracle) and Cisco UC solutions (CUCM, CUBE, CMS).
- Experience with VMware ESXi hypervisor servers.
