Duties

- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fulfillment area, including stockrooms and sales floors.
- Support merchandising efforts by setting up displays and ensuring products are properly labeled.
- Handle cash register operations with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online communication channels.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and improve overall store performance.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Demonstrate product features through demos when needed to educate customers about new or popular items.
- Support store initiatives such as promotional events or seasonal merchandising efforts.
Skills
- Previous retail experience with supervising or team leadership is a plus but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
