Duties

• Safely operate your personal vehicle
• Load and unload cargo
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and punctuality
• Deliver goods directly to customers’ locations while providing friendly and professional service
• Verify delivery paperwork, obtain signatures, and document all deliveries accurately
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route changes or delivery updates

Requirements

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with route driving experience in a commercial setting
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar vehicles preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks involved in loading/unloading cargo safely
• Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions during deliveries
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for commercial driving
• Ability to navigate using GPS or route maps efficiently in various conditions
