Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The primary responsibilities include picking and packing orders, with the flexibility to assist in various warehouse functions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label products based on daily orders, ensuring timely and correct shipment.
- Quality Assurance: Perform visual quality checks for correct product selection, damage inspection, and adherence to customer specifications.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory to maintain an orderly warehouse.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals and support various warehouse functions as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, company policies, and industry regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the warehouse.
- Capability to perform tasks that involve bending, stooping, and reaching.
- Manual dexterity for handling small items and operating equipment.
