- ACTIVE CALIFORNIA RN LICENSE
- Education: BSN required (Master’s preferred)
- Leadership: 3 years of recent Nursing Leadership experience
- Clinical: 5 years of experience as an ED Staff RN
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC required
- Preferred: NIHSS and ENPC certifications
- Skills: Expert knowledge of regulatory standards and high-acuity emergency care
