That’s why we’re looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to join our team as an AT&T Sales Associate - Entry Level. In this role, the AT&T Sales Associate will help build strong customer relationships, provide top-notch support, and share the benefits of our clients’ connectivity products and services. The ideal AT&T Sales Associate candidate is approachable, professional, and genuinely passionate about delivering an amazing customer experience every time.

Daily duties of the AT&T Sales Associate include:

• Serve as an in-person brand ambassador for our clients and directly engage in conversations to identify business owner needs in the telecommunications sector.
• Create informative presentations of our client’s products and services that will help business owners make informed decisions.
• Suggest additional products and services to customers, increasing brand value and achieving higher levels of revenue.
• Stay up-to-date on all products and services, as well as compliance guidelines and regulations that will make all interactions productive, professional and seamless.
• Execute sales and promotional outreach strategies that will increase brand awareness in the community and generate new customer leads.
• Attend company wide training sessions, events and networking opportunities to expand skillset and knowledge.

Qualifications of the AT&T Sales Associate are:

• 0-2 years of previous experience in sales, customer service or account management.
• A high school diploma is required for the role.
• Ability to engage with customers of diverse backgrounds with professionalism and empathy.
• Successfully convey information to customers and identify their needs.
• Confident and professional in both verbal and written exchanges.
• Desire to grow in a sales position and in a company that values people, progress, and long-lasting success.

Job Details for AT&T Sales Associate

• Job Location: Springfield, MO. AT&T Sales Associates will be required to come to our office daily in Springfield and will then go out to assigned business leads throughout the Springfield, MO area.
• Employment Type: Full-time - about 40-50 hours per week
• Client: AT&T
• Compensation: Commission-based - AT&T Sales Associates make between $800-$1300 per week; average daily earnings range from $80-$155 per customer enrolled, all employees complete 1 sale on average per day.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per week
