Role Description
This is a part-time (15-20 hours per week) contract role for a Behavioral Health Therapist. This role does have the potential to quickly become full-time as the practice grows. The Behavioral Health Therapist will be responsible for providing therapy services to clients both in-person and via tele-health, including conducting assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring client progress. This is a hybrid role located in Mesa, AZ, with some work from home acceptable. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate and timely documentation, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and participating in team meetings.
Qualifications
- Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Knowledge and experience in Psychology
- Experience Working With Children and Adults
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible in the state of Arizona
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
