The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing the financial performance, and strategic direction of the business with Lipari Foods. This role includes overseeing customer services, managing budgets, and ensuring the company achieves its financial and operational goals. 



 Key Responsibilities: 


  • Operational Management:
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the business. 
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. 
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards. 


  • Financial Management:
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. 
  • Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvement. 
  • Assisting in the management of deductions short pay, etc. 
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. 


  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals. 
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them. 
  • Collaborate with senior management to align business strategies with overall company objectives. 


  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed. 
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve productivity. 
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and innovation. 
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner. 


  • Client and Vendor Relations:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. 
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company. 
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 


  • Reporting:
  • Prepare and present reports on business performance to senior management and stakeholders. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. 




Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). 
  • Proven experience in business management or a related role. 
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and financial reporting. 
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Ability to make strategic decisions based on data and analysis. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in business management software and tools.
