Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the business.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Assisting in the management of deductions short pay, etc.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
- Collaborate with senior management to align business strategies with overall company objectives.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve productivity.

- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
- Client and Vendor Relations:

Qualifications
