SUMMARY
Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures and applicable state and federal banking regulations relating to Deposits Operations. Trains banking center personnel on best practices relating to these policies and procedures and use of the core processing and other systems. This position serves as the primary resource for BC staff for deposit accounts, branch functions, transactions and systems. Takes responsibility for and monitors Banking Center Operations related internal controls.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Three to five of previous experience in Bank branch operations.
- Extensive knowledge of financial institution policies and procedures.
- Extensive knowledge of Bank’s internal processing systems.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to organize large amounts of data, present the data effectively, and train personnel.
- Good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS

- Develops and maintains banking center operational procedures.
- Develops and facilitates training programs for banking center operations, policies, and procedures.
- Implements, monitors and tracks completed training programs for all banking center personnel.
- Mentors new hires at Banking Centers as necessary.
- Administers the monthly banking center self audit program for wires.
- Performs banking center procedural audits and reviews monthly banking center security audits to ensure accuracy.
- Ensures banking center regulatory compliance relating to deposit operations.
- Assists with all aspects of deposit related audits.
- Special projects, as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Applicant must reside in Louisiana, Mississippi or Texas to be close to our bank footprint.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
