Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong IT experience to analyze business needs, define requirements, write features and user stories, and support software delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and product teams to deliver effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.
- Create process documentation, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Support testing activities including test case review, defect analysis, and UAT.
- Validate solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Identify process improvements and system enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong experience writing user stories, features, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
- Experience collaborating with development and QA teams.
- Understanding of SDLC, software delivery processes, and testing practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of APIs, databases, integrations, and enterprise applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Salary : $50 - $60
