As the only women minority-owned business in the region, we specialize in a wide range of services including light to heavy-duty towing, roadside assistance, and comprehensive vehicle repairs.
Summary
As a Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative at B & W Towing LLC, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Located in Painted Post, this role is vital to ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery in our fast-paced towing and automotive repair environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding towing services and repairs.
- Provide accurate information about service availability, pricing, and company policies.
- Coordinate with towing operators to dispatch services promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests using our phone systems.
- Assist customers with roadside assistance needs while ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, aiming for resolution and retention.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry related to service requests and invoices.
- On Call phones weeknights and weekends as scheduled.
- Previous dispatching experience a plus!!!
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive or towing industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic data entry tasks is essential.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel and other programs.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while providing excellent customer support.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
