B & W Towing is seeking a dependable and experienced Auto Mechanic to join our teams at both our Painted Post and Bath NY locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical vehicle issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake service, and tune-ups.
- Repair engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and other vehicle components.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Complete repair documentation accurately.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an auto mechanic preferred.
- Clean & valid drivers license
- Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ASE certification is a plus.
