• Loves being a trusted link—enabling technicians to shine in the field and helping customers feel safe, understood, and respected.

This Might Be a Fit If…

You have:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the trades (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) as a CSR or dispatcher

• Mandatory: Real-world, hands-on ServiceTitan experience

• A natural sense of urgency and responsibility—you don’t drop balls

• Clear communication, calm energy, and a team-first attitude

• An eye for details, a heart for customers, and a brain that thrives on logistics
