Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to join our team. This role works closely with our sales, customer service, and drafting departments to ensure a seamless and positive experience for every client.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate effectively across departments and with customers. This position requires both independent work and collaboration within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the B&W order process from start to finish.
- Gather, verify, and organize product selection details from customers.
- Create and update estimates and sales orders in coordination with sales and drafting teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, product costs, lead times, and installation dates.
- Manage on-site customer meetings and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Participate in sales meetings and team activities.
- Report regularly to the Sales Director on customer status, job progress, and potential issues.

- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
