Key Responsibilities
- Assist with routine kitchen utility and equipment support tasks.
- Organize tools, equipment, parts, and supplies for daily service activities.
- Help prepare work areas for appliance inspection, maintenance, and service.
- Assist technicians with moving, positioning, and organizing kitchen appliances as needed.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Clean and organize tools, equipment, and service areas after completing tasks.
- Receive, sort, label, and properly store parts and service supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or damaged items.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting appliances, tools, and materials.
- Follow instructions for safe handling of equipment, tools, and materials.
- Support technicians with basic non-technical tasks during service assignments.
- Maintain accurate records of parts, supplies, and completed support activities as required.
- Report damaged equipment, safety concerns, or supply issues to supervisors.
- Follow workplace safety, sanitation, and company procedures.
- Assist with general shop organization and other operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in appliance service, maintenance, warehouse, kitchen, or general utility work preferred.
