Service & Kitchen Operations Leader
Requirments:
Duties:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food production, bartending, catering.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations
-Will be required to be a working manager, may be required to man a station if needed.
-Promote a positive & learning culture.
-Maintain company standards at all times; train other staff members to adhere to standards.
-Discuss with chef/owner new specials at the bar and kitchen
-Educate staff on daily specials, cleanliness, steps of service, etc.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menu offerings
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager is required
- Strong knowledge of food production, bartending, catering, coffee service, banquet operations, or hotel management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive
