Job Overview:

The Warehouse Team Lead supports the warehouse Supervisor in ensuring their designated area operates smoothly and efficiently.  This role serves as a crucial intermediary between the supervisor and the team, facilitating optimal productivity throughout the day.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure efficient receiving, picking, storing and dispatch of goods.
• Perform regular checks and maintain active presence on the floor.
• Enforce safety standards.
• Assist with training new staff and provide ongoing mentorship.
• Liaise with other departments for smooth operations.
• Partner with supervisor to drive improvement initiatives.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
• Basic understanding of warehouse procedures and operations.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Physical capability for lifting and moving heavy items.
• Basic computer skills and inventory software skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

• Minimum of two (2) years prior experience in a warehouse environment.
• Minimum of 3 years Supervisory experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training is a plus.

Physical Environment/Occupational Risks:

• Warehouse environment
• Lifting up to 50lbs

Required Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 3:45PM – 11:45PM AND Sunday 9:00AM-6:00PM
