Job Overview
B-Tex Trailers is looking for a dependable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism with customers both in person and over the phone.
Schedule
- Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Pay
- Starting at $12.50 per hour
- Based on experience
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate staff member
- Assist with onsite sales and customer interactions
- Manage paperwork and documentation related to trailer sales
- Create and manage social media posts and updates
- Maintain organization within the office and filing systems
- Support daily office operations as needed
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer and social media knowledge
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to multitask in a busy work environment
- Previous office or customer service experience preferred
