What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of enterprise IT and telecommunications services supporting the Fort Belvoir RNEC-NCR mission.
Ideal candidates will have experience in areas such as:
- Leading IT service delivery within a complex DoW, Army, federal, or similarly secure enterprise environment
- Serving as the contractor’s on-site representative and primary interface with Government leadership and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR)
- Managing multidisciplinary technical teams and coordinating day-to-day contract operations across multiple IT service areas
- Managing staffing, personnel performance, workforce continuity, security, access, and other contract personnel requirements
- Monitoring program performance, deliverables, service levels, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Developing and implementing Quality Control Plans (QCPs) and processes to ensure contract requirements and performance standards are achieved
- Identifying performance issues, developing corrective actions, and ensuring timely resolution
- Preparing and presenting program status, performance metrics, risks, staffing updates, and management reports to Government and contractor leadership
- Leading weekly, monthly, and other required program and customer status meetings
- Developing and managing project plans for emerging requirements, short-term initiatives, transitions, and mission priorities
- Rapidly identifying and escalating significant operational issues or potential service disruptions and coordinating appropriate corrective action
- Process mapping, workflow analysis, process improvement, and reengineering within enterprise IT organizations
- Working across enterprise infrastructure, end-user support, networks, systems, cybersecurity, applications, outside plant, and telecommunications service environments
- Supporting Army, NETCOM, RNEC/NEC, or comparable DoW enterprise IT operations
Required Qualifications:
- Active Secret security clearance
- Current applicable DoD 8140 certification(s)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience managing IT programs or enterprise service delivery in a DoW, Army, federal, or similarly complex environment
- Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams, including staffing, performance, quality, and day-to-day contract execution
- Experience working directly with Government customers, CORs, senior leadership, and technical organizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage program performance, risks, deliverables, corrective actions, and customer reporting
- Ability to work onsite at Fort Belvoir, Virginia
- Ability to meet Government availability and responsiveness requirements during normal duty hours and, when required, after normal duty hours
Experience supporting Fort Belvoir, RNEC-NCR, NETCOM, Army Network Enterprise Center (NEC) operations, AESMP/ServiceNow, or similar Army enterprise IT environments is highly valued.

Compensation & Benefits
Anticipated Compensation: $140,000 - $190,000
