**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Fiber Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining fiber optic cables and networks. **Responsibilities:** - Install, troubleshoot, and repair fiber optic cables and networks - Perform network installation and maintenance - Utilize hand tools and equipment such as voltmeters for testing - Work with various technologies including Ethernet and low voltage systems - Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with safety regulations **Skills:** - Proficiency in electrical and telecommunication systems - Knowledge of fiber optic technology, telephone systems, and cabling - Experience with network installation and maintenance - Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment like voltmeters - Familiarity with Ethernet standards and fiber splicing. This position requires candidates to have a strong background in Fiber splicing systems, telecommunication technologies, and network installations. Experience with Ethernet standards, and low voltage systems is highly desirable.
