B&T's is looking for a Store Manager to join our team and take our store to the next level. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead our team with enthusiasm and energy. We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with our customers and team members. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in a retail environment, including experience in customer service, inventory management, and merchandising.We are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of retail experience, and two years of management experience. The ideal candidate will also have excellent problem solving and communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
