We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory software to track stock levels, perform stock counts, and update records accurately.
- Prepare, pick, pack, and ship customer orders efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments safely utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Support shipping logistics by coordinating with our logistics personnel and preparing shipping documents.
- Conduct data entry for order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory updates using Odoo.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal requests promptly and assisting with order inquiries or issues related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and logistics operations is a plus.
