B&T is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

We’re looking for an experienced technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems correctly, providing quality workmanship, treating customers right, and representing our company professionally.

What We’re Looking For
We want an experienced residential HVAC service technician, not an entry-level applicant. The ideal candidate should be comfortable troubleshooting and repairing heat pumps, air conditioners, gas furnaces and residential HVAC systems.
You should have strong diagnostic skills, good communication skills, a clean and professional appearance, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to provide the level of service our customers expect from B&T.
EPA certification and previous residential HVAC service experience are strongly preferred.
