Responsibilities
- Assemble components using a variety of hand and power tools
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials and products throughout the facility
- Support manufacturing processes by loading, unloading, and organizing raw materials and finished goods
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and promptly report any issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold safety standards
- Follow all safety protocols while operating equipment and working around moving parts
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently
- Assist with inventory management for both raw materials and finished products
- Prepare goods for shipment in an accurate and timely manner
- Safely lift and move items weighing at least 55 pounds
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with assembly processes is a plus
- Experience operating forklifts, power tools, or hand tools is desirable (training available)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
- Basic understanding of manufacturing or assembly line operations is beneficial
