B-Stock Solutions LLC seeks QA Engineering Manager to direct daily operations of the QA team, overseeing personnel; evaluate performance and coordinate scheduling; implement and maintain quality assurance systems for software testing; coordinate with engineering and leadership; lead execution of Agile-based QA initiatives; manage testing processes; identify defects and direct improvements; incorporate feedback to guide product and process improvements. 100% telecommuting position, may work/reside anywhere in U.S. No travel required. Salary: $201k/yr.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related computer science field and 3 years' experience in software development, quality assurance, and testing, including: creating, executing, and documenting test plans and test cases for projects including retail APIs; reporting and monitoring bugs using tracking tools including Bugzilla; creating and managing automation frameworks using Selenium, SoapUI, and Python programming; developing and executing pre- and post-release checklists; designing, analyzing, maintaining, documenting, and testing software; determining source data inputs, processing requirements, output formats, timing, and cost estimates; coding, debugging, testing, and documenting application programs; verifying systems meet performance criteria; developing specifications for databases, network, security and software configurations; providing technical support and training to users on standard software packages; maintaining program libraries, user manuals, and technical documentation.
