Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nashua, NH, for a Sales Development Manager. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, managing sales operations, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies. Key responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships, supervising a sales team, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with various departments to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate opportunities, drive sales, and close contracts/orders.
- Identify and pursue potential accounts through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts to understand their needs and preferences.
- Manage and track leads through CRM systems, ensuring accurate data and timely follow-up.
- Deliver compelling product and service presentations to showcase their value and address customer questions.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals while maintaining profitability.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
- Expand and shape long-term business relationships with customers and partners.
