Experienced Dog Groomer – Avon, IN
30-40 Hours/Week | Strong Earning Potential | Established Customer Base
B&S is looking for an experienced dog groomer who can step in and begin grooming independently. We have an established customer base and are looking for someone who is reliable, efficient, and wants the opportunity to build a strong full-time book.
Experienced groomers can earn approximately $55,000–$75,000 per year including tips, depending on schedule, productivity, and client volume.

What We're Looking For
- Professional dog grooming experience
- Comfortable completing approximately 5–6 dogs per day
- Reliable, efficient, and confident working independently
- Able to handle the full grooming process, including bathing and drying
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and customer service
As part of the interview process, candidates will complete a test groom evaluated by an experienced groomer on our team.
