We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Asphalt Laborers to join our team. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) or Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Work alongside a paver performing tasks such as shoveling, raking, and using a wheelbarrow in a construction environment.
- Follow instructions as directed by the Foreman.
- Must be able to work outdoors all day and tolerate the Florida heat.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) or Spanish-speaking preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Prior asphalt or construction experience preferred but not required.
Additional Information:
- Some Saturdays are required workdays. When scheduled, Saturday attendance is mandatory.
