What You’ll Do
• Lead and manage store operations during your shift
• Supervise, coach, and develop store associates
• Deliver exceptional Quality, Variety, and Service (QVS)
• Resolve customer concerns and support positive shopping experiences
• Monitor sales, labor, and store performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
• Walk the sales floor and back areas to maintain operational excellence
• Partner with store leadership to execute company goals

Work Environment
This is a hands-on leadership role within the store. You’ll spend much of your time on the sales floor and throughout operational areas, coaching associates, supporting customers, and driving performance in a dynamic retail environment.
