About the Role
The Store Director will lead all aspects of store operations to achieve sales, profit, and customer service goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of store operations to achieve sales, profit, and customer service goals
- Oversee merchandising, staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Coach and develop store associates; conduct regular performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and labor regulations
- Manage budgets, forecast sales, and analyze profit margins
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee benefit coordination
- Maintain accurate records and complete all required reporting
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of progressive retail management experience (grocery preferred)
- Demonstrated success managing full store operations and staff
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficient in budgeting, merchandising, and safety compliance
