About the Role
Essential Function Ordering and pricing of product. Achieve or exceed budget projections in gross profit, sales, supplies, and labor percent in a sanitary, pleasing atmosphere. Ordering, unloading, transporting, and cutting open cases of merchandise. Proper placement on shelves. Requires bending and lifting. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Follow directives of Store Director.
- Provide the best products and service possible.
- Maintain a friendly, professional attitude.
- Control and purchase inventory.
- Enforce Company policies and procedures.
- Follow Company Safety Standards.
Qualifications
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Required Skills
- Effective merchandising and buying.
- Invoice verification.
- Knowledge and research of current trends.
- Monitor backstock.
- Approve/pay direct accounts, track credits.
- Customer relations.
- Change GM/HBC prices as needed.
- Monitor competition and maintain competitive pricing.

Machinery Safe usage, proper storage and cleaning of: Hand Jack, Ordering Machine, Ladders, Box Cutter, Stocker Cart, Signage, Pen/Pencils, Markers, Price Guns, Stocker Cart, Computer, Tape, Duster, Shelving, Step Stool, Cardboard Baler, and Trash Compactor.
