B.R. Kreider & Son, Inc. is seeking a full-time Human Resources Generalist to support and advance the company’s people-focused initiatives. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for a broad range of HR disciplines including employee benefits administration, recruitment and onboarding, training and development, performance management, and compliance. Additionally, the Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in fostering employee engagement and strengthening B.R. Kreider’s unique culture. The successful candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated professional who is passionate about building relationships and helping B.R. Kreider continue to be a place where the team is valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Human Resources Generalist Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related experience, preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of human resources experience, required
- SHRM, HRCI, or continuing education certification, a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite, required; Previous experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), desired
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, essential
- Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
