Position Summary
As a Millwright/Laborer, you’ll assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of grain bins, bucket elevators, conveyors, dryers, and other agricultural equipment. Every day is different, and you’ll work alongside experienced team members on projects throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair grain handling equipment.
- Perform general millwright and construction duties.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Read and follow job plans and instructions.
- Weld and fabricate components when needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Work efficiently as part of a team.
- Travel to customer job sites as required.
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred:
- Welding experience.
- Millwright, construction, fabrication, agricultural, or mechanical experience.
- Experience operating forklifts, skid steers, telehandlers, or aerial lifts.
