What Will Make You Stand Out

• 5 years of residential painting experience
• Experience with interior and exterior residential repainting
• Skilled with brushing, rolling, spraying, surface preparation, caulking, patching, and finishing
• Experience replacing trim boards, fascia, siding, window trim, door trim, or other rotten wood is a plus
• Basic exterior carpentry and wood replacement experience is a plus
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting
• Protect customers' homes, furniture, landscaping, and belongings
• Perform patching, sanding, caulking, masking, priming, and painting
• Replace minor rotten wood, trim boards, fascia, siding, and other exterior wood components as needed
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Follow company quality standards on every project
• Work safely and efficiently with your team
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
