Key Responsibilities
1. Troubleshoot workstations, computers, servers, and related hardware
2. Provide remote and on-site technical support
3. Advise on IT best practices and technology infrastructure design
Network Management
1. Manage firewalls, network appliances, switches, and wireless networks
2. Administer cloud applications, cloud appliances, and VOIP/telecom systems
Software Management
1. Manage company software and license servers
2. Perform end-user software installation, setup, and provisioning
3. Handle software administration and related maintenance
Other Tasks
1. Complete additional agreed consulting and IT tasks as assigned
Requirements
· Proven experience in IT support, network administration, and software management
· Familiar with workstations, servers, network devices, cloud services, and VOIP systems
· Ability to work independently with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
· Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to meet service deadlines
· Strict adherence to confidentiality and data protection policies
· Ability to submit monthly hours and expense reports in a timely manner
Pay: $80.00 - $125.00 per hour
