The Central Advisor is part of a centralized team that directly manages a defined portfolio of clients. Interactions will largely be remote through telephone and electronic communications for sales and servicing. Travel between 7 office locations along the Wasatch Front will also be required for some in-person meetings. This position conducts annual reviews, proactively follows through with sales opportunities while providing superior client service. Licenses for both Series 65 and Life & Health Insurance are mandatory to complete the duties of the role.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Conduct regular client annual reviews
- Execute client service and transaction requests with efficiency and exactness
- Achieve set production levels through identifying and onboarding off-held assets with clients
- Continually improve the clients’ retirement plans utilizing The B.O.S.S. Retirement Blueprint
- Ensuring all aspects of client retirement plans are executed
- Growing the portfolio of clients through asking for and meeting with referrals
Critical Competencies
- Federal taxes relating to Roth Conversions
- Social Security
- Annuities
- Securities and portfolio management
- Excellent customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Have an understanding of Mac IOS
- Experience with CRM preferred, not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of financial services experience with an emphasis in customer service
- Utah Life and Health Insurance License required
- Series 65 required (or equivalent)
