Responsibilities
- Crew Lead for a small crew.
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts.
- Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, plumbing building codes, gas piping system standards, and safety regulations
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair of existing plumbing systems to optimize performance and longevity.
- Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate project timelines and specifications.
- Maintain a safe job site by following all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, scaffolding, hazardous materials handling, and site-specific safety procedures.
Requirements
- Proven construction experience with a strong background in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance.
- Valid journeyman plumber license or equivalent certification demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems.
- Experience reading blueprints, schematics, construction plans, and technical drawings with accuracy.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools.
- Knowledge of plumbing building codes, local building codes, gas piping systems standards, and safety regulations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions on construction sites.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems or remodeling projects is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting and system design.

Pay: $32.00 - $42.00 per hour
